My name is Judy Dueck and I am a long time resident of Abbotsford and have been active in the fitness world for over 10 years. After some life changing experiences I realized it was time to take a step back and reassess life as I knew it which included re-evaluating the way I looked at health and fitness. The importance of an active and healthy lifestyle became a focus and ignited a passion within me for training others. Last year I challenged myself with the Body for Life program and in 3 months lost a total of 10 inches all around and gained a new appreciation for working hard, being determined and following through with my goal.

I have a heart for helping others step into making that permanent change from yo-yo exercising into what is now part of an everyday healthy lifestyle. To get fit and ‘stay’ fit requires effort, determination, and perseverance and I will help motivate you, stay focused on your goals, and help you attain the results you are looking for.

I am certified with BCRPA (British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association) as a personal fitness leader, advanced weight trainer, and am certified in CPR and First Aid.

My philosophy

My fitness training philosophy includes all components of fitness, nutrition, and the way that you think about yourself. Believing that you are worth the effort and helping you discover the strength within is my ultimate goal.
