"Judy has been my trainer for a few years now. She is very knowledgable and motivating. She is able to focus her expertise on each individual. For me this is extremely important as I have had injuries..."
"I am grateful to have been referred to Judy. The referral was after years of compensating for pain and limitations from a shoulder injury and not participating in activities that I would otherwise choose to do. My hope was for Judy to assist me to increase my mobility and strength and to design an exercise program for me to do at home. Most important was for Judy to work with me to feel competent to do it! The good news is that in four months we did just that while significantly increasing my range of motion, building my strength, and reducing my pain. I was very impressed with the technical knowledge, expertise, and professionalism that Judy brought to my sessions. She researched options for me and we tried many variations to see what I could do both in JD's gym and with my equipment at home."
