Exercising has always been a part of my life whether it’s in the gym or all things outdoors such as hiking, kayaking, skiing, team sports or individual successes such as marathons, triathalons and multiple Ironmans. I really try to practice what I preach. As a young man I realized that life has a way of ticking by faster than you think and without knowing it, you’re well on your way to not feeling the way you should. Whether it’s your weight, fitness or overall wellness, everyone deserves to feel great about themselves.
Being a firefighter for 25+ years I’ve seen the affects of non-healthy lifestyles and the damage it can do to a person. This is where I come in. Through a proper one-on-one assessment, training, supervision and guidance, I’ll help get you back on track of reaching your potential and becoming “Body Aware”.
Other ways I can help is if you’re looking at getting into firefighting. Being a CPAT proctor for over 15 years, I know what it takes to complete the physically demanding course having put through hundreds of potential firefighters myself. Experience builds knowledge.
